Cancellation Policy

📌 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To ensure a respectful and smooth learning experience for both students and teachers, please review the following guidelines: 🔄 Rescheduling 🕒 You can reschedule your lesson up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. 🗓️ Simply use our booking system to choose a new time that works for you. ❗ Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will be treated as a missed class and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. ❌ Cancellations 📅 If you cancel your class more than 24 hours before it starts, the lesson will be credited back to your package for future use. ⏳ Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson will be charged in full and not refunded or rescheduled. ⏰ No-Shows If you don’t attend the class and no notice is given, the session will be marked as used and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
